Tom at Aqua Quip agreed to have a tech familiar with our spa come out and complete repairs that should have been diagnosed originally and only charge the difference between the correct repairs and previous payments. The repairs were completed and payments reconciled as agreed.
Great customer service Sometimes we forget to say thanks for the help. I have a hot tub i bought somewhere else and needed help. Everyone I have talked to at Aqua Quip has just been great. I had to have a repair man out to fix the hot tub. He was frriendly and though the hot tub is old, he was able to repair it. Since then I have stopped by their store to get my water checked. Amazing Customer Service I bought a spa from there 2 weeks ago, and am glad I bought it from them. When it was delivered it wouldn't start up, and they had a technician out that same day to fix it. My electrican had messed something up, and the Aqua Quip man fixed it then spent an hour walking me through it and giving me tips on how to take care of it. Editorial review from Citysearch Superior customer service. I requested repair work on a fireplace insert. The work was performed to my satisfaction in a timely manner. I questioned one of the charges on the bill, and sent a letter to the company. I immediately received a call from a senior manager, resolving my issues. I also received a follow-up call the following day from the company president. I would definitely recommend this company to others.
Incredibly poor service after the sale DO NOT expect these folks to be proactive on any post sale issues that come up. It will become your job to get any issues resolved if you buy a tub from these guys. Happy with the tub, but their service is awful. Pros + Great, high quality tub Cons - Service is very poor
