Great customer service Sometimes we forget to say thanks for the help. I have a hot tub i bought somewhere else and needed help. Everyone I have talked to at Aqua Quip has just been great. I had to have a repair man out to fix the hot tub. He was frriendly and though the hot tub is old, he was able to repair it. Since then I have stopped by their store to get my water checked. They ran all the test for free and did not try to sell me a lot of products. They were just helpful. Take a list of what chemicals you have and they will tell you how to use them.

Aqua Quip worked well for us. We used Aqua Quip when the heat pump went out on our hot tub and were happy with their service. They were able to come out pretty quickly and completed the job for a reasonable amount. We will use them again if needed.
