Purchased an I2500 Regency wood insert and the experience was fantastic. Worked with Jake at the Issaquah location to determine which stove would fit our needs, install was scheduled quickly after purchasing. Just had our first burn today! 10/10!

I'm a little compulsive about keeping my hot tub water parameters right in the sweet spot. Because of this I test my water frequently and the great folks at Aqua Quip are always so helpful and knowledgeable. With their help, my 6 year old tub looks and operates like new. Highly recommend them.
Visited the Issaquah store yesterday and was so impressed with the service provided by the staff. While I've always been happy with the service, the effort these guys went through to find what i was looking for, was enough to compel me to publicly thank them & Aquaquip. Jake the store manager and Trystan were extremely helpful in finding a discontinued part for a GMG smoker I purchased from Aquaquip years ago. Aquaquip no longer carries this specific accessory. I recently purchased a Nordic hot tub and AquaQuip was great to work with. Great service and support these folks provide. I had a few issues hooking up the unit and Michael R. and Jake were always there to help me work through the kinks. Super happy with our hot tub so far. Thanks!
