Purchased an I2500 Regency wood insert and the experience was fantastic. Worked with Jake at the Issaquah location to determine which stove would fit our needs, install was scheduled quickly after purchasing. Just had our first burn today! 10/10!
I recently purchased a Nordic hot tub and AquaQuip was great to work with. Great service and support these folks provide. I had a few issues hooking up the unit and Michael R. and Jake were always there to help me work through the kinks. Super happy with our hot tub so far. Thanks!
Only giving a 5 star because I can't do 6! These guys keep my hot tub up and running to perfection. Super friendly service, always spot on with troubleshooting help or get me to the right place very quickly. I've been using this store since it opened and the company for the last 20 years. All still on the same Jacuzzi hot tub that they help me keep running strong
Great store and professional staff and managers! Jake is great! He knows everything about the hot tubs! We are first time owners. He helped us get the newer model of J-495 a few months ago and it’s been working great! And he’s always there for help and questions afterwards. Will come back for a cold tub and sauna in the future! Those look nice too!
Jake and his team have been so helpful, positive, and thorough as I’ve been learning how to set up our new hot tub and get all the chemicals right. I highly recommend!
