Great store and professional staff and managers! Jake is great! He knows everything about the hot tubs! We are first time owners. He helped us get the newer model of J-495 a few months ago and it’s been working great! And he’s always there for help and questions afterwards. Will come back for a cold tub and sauna in the future! Those look nice too!

Jake and Anthony at the Issaquah Aquaquip are our guys! They super friendly, very knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. They recognize us whenever we come and help us keep our hot tub water perfectly maintained. I don't know what I would do without them! It's rare that you get to interact with the same people all the time, and I'm so glad it's Jake and Anthony. This is a review of Aquaquip in general, NOT this specific store. I purchased a hot tub from Aquaquip, and have had an extremely poor customer experience trying to get a repair job done with it, hence this review. The brand new hot tub I purchased from Aquaquip came with 3 separate light issues. 2 of the interior (inside the shell) lights would not make certain colors, and 1 of the exterior lights was completely out. Jake and the staff helped us pick out a great tub at a great price. Landed on the Sundance 780 series, Jake helped answer ALL of our questions. Aqua Quip has been great at staying in touch via email/phone during our order. The store location in Issaquah has an assortment of hot tubs which can help you decide the size of tub you need. They also have a service team which helps with maintenance and repairs.
