Worst customer service ever! I have been trying to get cracked pavers replaced since they were installed. When they finally sent someone out to replace them, 1.5 yrs later, they used the wrong pavers that did not match. Still trying to get them replaced with the correct ones. We have called multiple times, texted, and showed up in person only to get the runaround.
If I had to sum it up in one word…. Quality! Aquatic Arts did a great job on our pool & concrete. Very professional, amazing attention to detail, timely, flexible, provided nothing but quality, knowledgeable teams throughout the whole process! Great Superintendent- Thank you Mark! They listened to us and did exactly what we wanted. We highly recommend them! Thank you to the whole team! We love it and are making wonderful family memories!
We are very happy with our new pool. The sales and design process with Parker was comfortable and easy. Our project manager, Fred, was very communicative and available throughout the entire process. Highly recommend Aquatic Arts Pool N Spa!
Great experience with this builder from startup to finish. Great communication at first with Mark, he went above and beyond, even went to the office on a holiday weekend and a Saturday to accommodate our schedule. Then the building communication with Fred was also spot on! They had a pool built in my backyard in 5 weeks, yes 5 weeks only! and that's because I pushed the 2 final stages out due to the holidays. I would definitely recommend Mark and Fred and this company to build your pool!
