I hired Aquidneck Services to replace my mini split system and add to it. The system works great, crew was amazing, and kept such an organized job site. Before install I had a couple of problems, but that is not my take away. Aquidneck services was quick to address to concerns and fix the situation. Things happen. For me the bigger focus is how a company responds. Could not be more satisfied with the way I was taken care of.
An excellent company (and they answer their own phones!) We've used them for heating, hot water, a/c issues - and every time they were thorough and professional. If there's an issue - we had a minor glitch with one system - they will stay on it until it's fixed. Easy to deal with, and courteous and dedicated workers. We're very happy that we've found them.
