I am the general manager of an Omaha event, Venue, and my five star review truly goes to Lowell, our delivery driver. He is so punctual, responsive, and truly one of the best vendors that we have had at our venue. He’s there rain or shine (or a snow storm) and he always goes above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of, even when I forget to place an order. If Lowell ever leaves for another company, we would follow him anywhere! I am very thankful for him and his hard work, and I hope he sees this review!
Lowell is seriously the best driver I’ve had. If it weren’t for him and how unbelievably friendly and how much he cares about what he does and his customers I’m not sure what I’d do. He’s always going the extra mile for my business. Makes me so happy to see him every Tuesday, not just for the quality towels and rugs, but to see how he’s doing as well.
This has been the best service I have ever received from a vendor. I've tried several and they all acted like I wasn't important or didn't matter because I really don't need much. Vestis goes above and beyond for everyone. No business is too small here. You've got a customer for life.
My driver Shavon (she’s gonna give me crap for spelling her name wrong) but I am so happy to have her at my new location. I legit got so excited when I realized I have her on my new store! She’s the best ever!!
This company is a JOKE! 5 weeks in a row with issues with delivery and receiving product. Our Territory Manager, Lashawn is awful! Deliveries never come on the correct date, we NEVER receive our par product, they send products that don’t fit the dispensers, they take products off of our shelves that don’t belong to them and above all, they ARGUE with us when we find errors in their delivery. They took all of our banquet round linen that we purchased because “they’re not on our contract”.. we have been out of linen since Frid... read more
