Constantly overbilled by almost 2x. Kept charging to my credit card even after notifying them in writing that I wanted it taken off autopay. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Edit...after seeing your reply to the review below, I just have to laugh as I have sent multiple emails to that email address, along with ones to my salesperson, have tried calling(never received a call back even though one was promised) AND....you guys tried charging my card again over the weekend even though I cancelled several months ago. We have had zero issue with Aramark. Transition into the new name seemed seem less to us. Glad to see Scott every week- he has the best attitude and is always on time, as well as flexible with us crazy restaurant people! Top notch service with him. Stays up on sales without being pushy and makes sure we always have what we need. We’ve been customers for 10+ years and see no need for a change any time soon. Thanks Scott! I'm not a reviewer at all, but sometimes companies just deserve the negative feedback. This has to be one of the worst services i unfortunately dealt with. Anyone reading this review considering service from this company, do yourself a favor and save yourself the troubles you're about to endeavor. They don't service you what they promise, they short you on supplies they charge you for and are inconsistent with deliveries and times. I have been with the company for over 10 years and have always had amazing service. The drivers are always attentive and on point.
The Roomplace in Rockford uses their services weekly. They do our Matts and runners. They are fast and friendly.
