I would give out driver Ryan a five star but Aramark/ Vestis I would say four stars. Some of the linens we get back are not cleaned well and there for we are not able to use them on our guest. The oils we used can be hard to get out of linens but they have been dealing our linens for years so they should know how to get them cleaned. Their staff are wonderful and are willing to try to make things better. Thank you
The delivery person is very friendly and puts supplies where they should be. The aprons on the other quite often smell as if they were washed with the mops or dirty water
When they come to the retail store I work at they are in and out with out disturbing our customers. They always greet you with a smile. I recommend Aramark to everyone.
I like the fact that Ryan brings me clean rugs every week
