My weekly delivery man who's name is Dan does an amazing job. He is kind, friendly, and very courteous. He always make sure I have what I need and makes sure to try and get anything fixed that may be wrong. The company is not favorite due to the fact that when I first signed up with them, lots of information was left out about the contract that I was signing. That is partly my fault for not reading the small print and trusting the person who I was dealing with. Now I am locked into this contract for another 4 years!! But... read more
We have the best service guy Dan. He takes pride in his work and cares how the customer thinks of his service. Aramark should be proud they have people like him that work for them. Just goes to show how much of us as a customer are special and appreciated.
Stay away from Aramark/Vestis. Save your time and money. Ever since they were acquired by Aramark, their services went downhill. You’re going to pay money for services you didn’t even get. And their customer service sucks, they just open claims and after that state that the issue was solved and closed the claim. One star rating is way too high for them!
Our driver James Wilson is such a pleasure to work with. He is always pleasant and positive and interacts with everyone when he arrives. He is professional all of the time. He's such a great asset to their company. He is one of the reasons we continue to use the company.
They have been great to work with, always positive, happy, efficient, and timely. The carpets are in good shape when replaced. I recommend this company for how efficient and effective their services are!
