Terry has been on our route for 7 months and I can't say enough good things about him.. he is super friendly every time we see him. This is not a company that you want to deal with. When dealing with complaints with service issues Customer Service reports everything you say back to the Managers which in return causes problems with the service provider in your location. After complaining about service issues at my restaurant, that had to do with billing issues and Laundry issues, in which the Laundry smelled horrible every single time they Delivered them.
