Aramark are very professional, yet very personal about their handling of our business. Their driver has been someone that has delivered towels, aprons etc since 2009. You can tell he feels respected by his management which I respect hugely as an owner of a business. When we had to work out some details to help us work more efficiently, they were there all the way.
This company always sends back clinical gowns with holes in them. And they just keep cycling through over and over.
Worst company i ever dealt with. I own hotel and they bill me way more then their contracted price to us. When I called to straight up the invoices they told me they'll look into it and that's that. Same kind of Billings from next time. Also their driver stays at my hotel and we've direct bill account with them. They owe me more then $4400.00. This company has horrible billing practices. Unless you watch ever invoice like a hawk they will overcharge at possible chance. Getting invoices corrected is like pulling teeth. One of the most infuriating customer service experiences of my life. Aramark scam artists
