Do not sign up with this company. They never delivered any of the stuff they had on their invoices and when you try to cancel, they will try to charge you thousands of dollars. Now I’m stuck paying for a freaking front doormat for the next five years!!! Run for your life!!!! Or you will pay the rest of your life!!
Troy is my Rep / Driver. He is very professional and personable. He does an excellent job of making sure he meets the needs of our company. He is very attentive and always check in with me weekly to make sure that we have everything we need. His customer service is excellent! All the product that we have received from him is always clean and in good shape.
Troy has been awesome! I’ve had the pleasure of working/dealing with him as our driver for a few years now. He’s always so friendly and takes care of every single one of our needs. Hes a stud!
I’ve just got to say that Ryan Balague is the reason I stayed with this company! He is the best! I am grateful for him and how quick he is quick to help me with any issues I have. He’s even met up with me in the middle of the night to pick up dirty uniforms because I looked right past the big note on the wall that said their schedule changed that week because of a holiday. Thank you Ryan, you truly are the best!!! If you’re ever looking for a job, I will hire you right away!
I give a five star rating not to the company but rather to our service person Edo, he has far exceeded my expectations in terms of customer care and service, he cares about his people, the ones he service and I would recommend working with him, very flexible, very understanding. On the other hand not happy the service Aramark has provided me, but it’s people like Edo that makes you leave with a happy face as opposed to regretting ever doing business with Aramark. - Read the fine lines in the contract.
