I have been in the food service industry for over 20 years and I have dealt with Aramark everywhere for almost every restaurant I've worked at. Troy is my Rep / Driver. He is very professional and personable. He does an excellent job of making sure he meets the needs of our company. He is very attentive and always check in with me weekly to make sure that we have everything we need. His customer service is excellent! All the product that we have received from him is always clean and in good shape.
Do not sign up with this company. They never delivered any of the stuff they had on their invoices and when you try to cancel, they will try to charge you thousands of dollars. Now I’m stuck paying for a freaking front doormat for the next five years!!! Run for your life!!!! Or you will pay the rest of your life!!
I have ordered a specific size and color work gear a year and a half ago and they have messed up my order over and over again. They keep sending me the wrong sizes and the wrong color on every attempt. It's clear that the guy taking my request does not like me..
