Salesman sold me on a huge promotion and deal they were running. It was all a lie, I never got everything I was promised. Salesman was shady on his computer and kept everything out of view and out of sight. He signed everything in my behalf and left out all the important details. I have been in the food service industry for over 20 years and I have dealt with Aramark everywhere for almost every restaurant I've worked at. I currently have a rep named Jerry that services my sandwich shop in West Valley by Target and he is the most awesome person I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Troy is my Rep / Driver. He is very professional and personable. He does an excellent job of making sure he meets the needs of our company. He is very attentive and always check in with me weekly to make sure that we have everything we need. His customer service is excellent! All the product that we have received from him is always clean and in good shape.
Do not sign up with this company. They never delivered any of the stuff they had on their invoices and when you try to cancel, they will try to charge you thousands of dollars. Now I’m stuck paying for a freaking front doormat for the next five years!!! Run for your life!!!! Or you will pay the rest of your life!!
