0/10. Avoid at all costs. Worst linen company ever. Roger Johnson, their regional sales manager does not give a $hit about you or your needs. We are always out of linens well before our delivery day. I ask for more next time, and they do not do it. I ask for help before we run out and they will not help you. They don’t even respond. The quality of the linens is disgraceful. Torn, dirty, and often has old trash or used gloves in the “clean” linens. They charge you for linens you don’t receive and lie to you when you prove it... read more
We have our uniform contract with Ameripride uniform through MoDot,I have been a MoDot employee over 15 years and we have had a couple other uniform companys get the contract earlier before Amerpride got the contract.I would not recommend Ameripride to any company,they are the least expensive but all employees at MoDot have so much trouble with them misplacing our uniforms when we return them for washing,then it takes several calls and sometimes months with either none or only getting a few uniforms returned to us.Other than... read more
