Billing my address & apartment number (but no name) for a coffeeshop down the street called the "Latte Lounge." Never in my wildest dreams would i have been expected to pay a bill that's not mine, let alone how my address suddenly included in their billing inventory! After sending Vestis back a notice to stop sending me bills that are someone else's, they still sent me another bill. Wonder who runs this place?? Really messed up organization there is no denying that!!
Extremely unethical and criminal company. They provide 10% of the service you are supposed to receive and then charge you 100%. There are weeks where they literally don't even show up and then still send me an invoice for $200 and then you can't even get that invoice removed. Stay far away from this shady company. Not sure how this company is still allowed to operate when they're whole business model is just stealing money from people
Terrible...no deliveries, excessive service charges and the inability to exit the contract even though it states you can exit with customer service issues.
The company is unethical. They are essentially criminals. They steal and manipulate customers into "contracts" that are not legitimate. They do not follow through on their end but are quick to try to collect money that is "owed" to them. I'm considering having my lawyer get involved. It is infuriating to see so many businesses being taken advantage of. We were billed incorrectly for over a year with claims that they would adjust the error. I have been using this company for a year now. we had some growing pains at first (to be expected) Gary and Mike have worked with me to get our inventory numbers correct. Our business fluxgates frequently and they have come through to provide me what I need even on short notice. Our driver is also very helpful and does his best to ensure we are taken care of. update: the services continue to improve! our driver Ray made a special trip to ensure we had what we needed.
