The delivery people are nice and professional when they make the delivery, for the most part in doing business with them for a little over a year they show up (I think there was only one hiccup one time with them delivering on our delivery day). However, the reason for the lower review is because Vestis company as a whole ups the prices and quantity on the customer orders (without customer permission or warning beforehand) and bills for more little by little.
