We have been extremely happy with our decision to partner with Aramark (now Vestis) 3 years ago! The personal customer care goes above and beyond any service we have previously used. Matt Herrin (our hands on account manager) is by far the best and most sincere I have ever encountered! His attitude, care and professionalism set the benchmark for exceptional customer service!
We receive our service each week as scheduled. If for some reason they are unable to service they let us know why and when we can expect them to come. Our service guy, Michael is polite and communicates well with our office staff.
