The only reason this company is getting a 1 star is because the route driver and phone customer service is really great. Unfortunately, the rest of the company is useless. I have been with the company less than a year for tablecloth service. The first three months was great, but now I can't get my par delivered to save my life! They consistently short me, don't show up on delivery days, and have lost my personal tablecloth size (they didn't have it and part of the contract was for them to launder them) without any accountabi... read more
Aramark has always had the best service & customer service! They service the company I work for. They are timely, organized, come with good communication, and have wonderful employees that take care of any question/concern we have. Trey and Paul are two of the best!
I'm so grateful for the consistent, conscientious work that Don does every week! Our station is kept clean and safe, and Don brings a delightful spirit as he serves our team. We appreciate Aramark!
