When Roland first took over at my work location, everything was a mess. People didn't have the right size uniforms, not enough uniforms, the area where dirty uniforms we placed for weekly pickup was a nightmare. Roland cleaned it all up, made things easier and efficient for laundry pickup/ drop off and helped all of us get better fitting uniforms and more of them in a very quick time frame.
