I’ve been dealing with Eddie Tran and all I have to say, he’s the man you want to take care of your account. He goes above and beyond, extremely professional, kind and really couldn’t ask for anyone better. He’s a huge asset to Aramark and it’s Reps like him that makes customers be at ease! Thank you Eddie for all of your help! You’ve been wonderful!
10 Year customer, we have had issues with service, still do, they do respond to complaints , however the solutions are short lived and the issues always seem to come back. We are on the ' one more try' leg of our contract currently, hopefully it ends well and our relationship continues. Otherwise its time to cut our losses.
Update: after finally waiting out my companies 5 year contract, we are done with Aramark. They, of course, tried to charge me for damaged uniforms that, by their own admission, would have been covered by the EasyCare (uniform insurance) program had I not been closing my account. There are absolutely no terms in the contract that says EasyCare stops when the account closes, and beside that my final bill reflected another charge for EasyCare. In the end we did not pay for the uniforms. Just one more chance for Aramark to stick... read more
All the folks and really nice and knowledgable! Our towels are always clean and fresh and the bathroom is never "out of anything!
Sam does an amazing job!!! I know when he is working I will have the best service ever!
