The delivery guy came in to do his normal routine but decided my jacket that was hanging on the computer was close enough to the dirty laundry and took it. I received my order late and sizes were totally off. I sent the order back and it’s been 2 months and no one contacted me back. I called in twice in last 3 weeks. First time your representative told me that the stuff is back and we will call you back with the update and after waiting 2 more weeks I called back and now you guys saying you haven’t received the stuff back. Jeremy does a great job for us. He is always very punctual and I look forward to him coming on Thursdays. He always takes care of what we need and is quick to get a response to me and follow up on any questions that I might have. He stays on top of things for us and is always willing to go above and beyond. Jeremy does a great job!!
Directions good, no overnight parking, no restroom available, check-in at front door, fast unloading 😇
We had this service at work. Our driver Jessie was always extremely professional and polite everytime he came in to replace our items. No matter how crazy the day was he always has a great attitude! Definitely recommend.
