Absolutely terrible company. They request that you call the district manager, Christopher Neudorf, and he refuses to call back no matter how many times you call or email them. The sales representative is just as useless at helping to solve any problem. They short you on all your supplies, and in the rare chance you do receive your supplies they are absolutely disgusting and unusable. The rags are full of holes and brown in most instances. This is by far the worst uniform company we’ve dealt with. They bought out are old uniform company and we couldn’t get the supplies we needed we had to buy most of our stuff at restaurant depot they didn’t care about our business when Covid hit and we had to close down they left three bags of moldy wet towels here for several months. We had a beg to have them come pick these towels up. They also stopped taking payment by the rap who would deliver your supplies and we never got a bill until it was like $1600. I have to give them a one star rating. I'd give them a negative 5 if I could. I get walk off mats from Aramark - I'm not sure how this company stays in business. My sales guy (in Buffalo) talked a good talk, haven't seen him since we contracted. He doesn't return any calls or texts. The new accounts set up manager in Rochester is the same way. Unacceptable mats were delivered a month ago. Neither one of these guys, nor anyone from the office(s) ever returns calls. I don't even know if I have a route driver........ I hate... read more
Terrible company. Frauds will drop off half of the materials that you are supposed to get but still charge full price. Management does not respond to phone calls
The worst company ever deal with they keep charge my credit card with no service and they never bring me rags to the store. I have store in buffalo ny and they supposed to bring me service every two weeks and they supposed to charge me $35 and they charge me $70 every week and they never bring me rags I end up calling my bank and blocked them from the bank so guys please don’t trust them
