I wish I had the option to give them 0 stars. This company provides uniforms for my husband's job and they are horrible. No idea what happened but about a year ago every employee started having trouble getting uniforms back. The hubby has been wearing his own clothes for the last 2 months. Pathetic to say the least. Several of the employees at his work wash their own because if you send them in you won't get them back..and many are in such bad shape. Get your act together Aramark or Vestis. I am going to the BBB next!
Update: Scott is extremely unprofessional: after asking him to not use our employee only entrance, and to instead please use our front door, he proceeded to argue with me for the next 5 minutes about it. He also thinks we should arrive 2 hours earlier than when we open to allow him entrance to our facility. He does not think he should have to wait for us to be open for him to deliver towels. RT318-Scott Siemer does a great job for us. He's a good communicator, regularly checking in to make sure we are happy with the service and products. It's impressive to see him hustle and to know that he cares about his customer service.
Rt 318 Scott Siemer is wonderful and attentive! He started with us last week and forgot the air freshener batteries and went out of his way to stop later and drop them off. 5 stars!
Scott Siemer has been a great delivery driver at our facility for months now! He comes in early, gets the job done quick and is very professional and kind to our staff! Thanks for the hard work, keep it up!
