If zero stars was an option, I would pick zero. This is the most dishonest and tricky company I have ever worked with. They trapped me into a 5 year contract and increased my rates monthly. The sales personnel are liars and cheats. When I proved the dishonesty and illegal entrapment, they tried to charge me $3000+ to stop their service. DO NOT BE TRICKED BY THIS DISGUSTING COMPANY!
The drivers at this company are pretty nice and efficient. HOWEVER the company sales people which include the drivers push you into more products that you don't really need and that automatically is added to your 3 year contract, which I was told was a yearly contract. I can't cancel anything I order without paying a penalty and their prices have raised 30% in a year. I can't wait for our contract to end so I can find a better company.
Worst decision ever to sign with Aramark, I thought Cintas was bad but these guys can't even figure out how to do a simple job of delivering towels and supplies, delivery drivers refuse to take mop heads because it's a "Dot violation" the day after I said I need to end my services, now I know why they force you into a 3 year contracts. They even promised my first month would be free, but I instantly was billed as soon as they set up equipment. Don't let them fools you.
The company was great when I first signed up in the middle of the pandemic. 6 months later they raised my rates by 40% without any notice and now I'm stuck in a contract with them. The drivers are great but as usual a corporation is only looking out for their share holders not their small business customers. I would avoid them for the simple fact that they raise rates without any notice.
Aramark is a terrible company!!! If there was ZERO stars I would pick that! Like negative stars is more reasonable for how terrible this company is. First, they try to lock you into contracts that are NOT in your best interest as a customer. If you try to get out of it (say the service isn't working out for your business anymore) then they threaten to sue you for breach of contract in the future earnings they claim they'll lose.
