I have wrote a review to Aramark regarding working at several of there accounts and they did reach out but it was from their uniform department. Yall really need to address yall administration department like your general managers your supervisors your marketing directors because they are all the problems of yalls accounts. Trust me yall will catch a law suit soon and it is very warranted because of the people you have representing your company. Michael Holbrook is our route rep at Vestis. He brings us so many towels in a timely manner every week. He greets us back by name and checks in on us individually. Love the service.

I have worked at several of aramark accounts and all of them are the same. To be honest it's not the job it's the people in the administration department that's horrible and not to speak about the staff members who they have representing there company. The job itself is not a problem it's the people they have representing them that is the problem. Awesome service! Our representative Michael Holbrook has gone above and beyond to make sure we have everything we need. He is friendly, knows everyone by name and very professional. We were with our old service provider for almost 20 years and never received this level of service. It's nice knowing Michael is just a phone call away!

Mike Holbrook is amazing! He is always friendly when he delivers our towels. He informs us if there are any complications with our towel order. Our salon missed him when he was on vacation.
