Absolutely atrocious service. We receive uniforms from other companies and some uniforms are delivered to the incorrect locations. I'm lucky to get any clothing back at all!
Your truck drivers are horrible. Risking everyone’s safety because they have no patience. Whoever is driving for you in Kentwood/caledonia is making your business look really bad.
Our driver Jon is AMAZING! If I was rating him only he gets a 5 star review! The rest of the company leaves much to be desired. We consistently have problems with our bill. Our requests to update our business information never go through. We are looking at different companies due to this unfortunate situation. I'm convinced the only person who cares about us in their company is the driver. Steer clear there are much better places out there.
Mixed review. The actual service, products, and the driver have been very good since the beginning. However the billing and the company's unwillingness to follow the contract as signed, and double or triple charging for certain supplies, etc, has been ridiculous. A 37 dollar a week contract was over 64 dollars a week, with no explanation, and after almost a year of being over charged and complaints to my driver (who is fantastic), the bill is now almost down to where it was when the contract is signed.
