Cody always does an outstanding job! His work ethic and communication is on point! You can count on him, in making sure eveything is done and set for the week!
Mixed review. The actual service, products, and the driver have been very good since the beginning. However the billing and the company's unwillingness to follow the contract as signed, and double or triple charging for certain supplies, etc, has been ridiculous. A 37 dollar a week contract was over 64 dollars a week, with no explanation, and after almost a year of being over charged and complaints to my driver (who is fantastic), the bill is now almost down to where it was when the contract is signed. Our driver Jon is AMAZING! If I was rating him only he gets a 5 star review! The rest of the company leaves much to be desired. We consistently have problems with our bill. Our requests to update our business information never go through. We are looking at different companies due to this unfortunate situation. I'm convinced the only person who cares about us in their company is the driver. Steer clear there are much better places out there.
Amazing service performed by this company. Highly recommended. Cody was a great guy, and awesome to work with.
