The products and service have always been excellent. The main reason we stay with Vestis is our weekly service technician! He is always so positive, friendly and such a day brightener. He is always looking for ways to make things better for us. These qualities are hard to find these days.
Our drivers are always friendly and helpful. They come in and get the job done. Anytime we've had a late addition to an order, they make it happen. Invoices are always clear and easy to read. Pricing has remained stable and consistent!
We have been using Vestis (fka Aramark) for years. They have been great at delivering our companies uniforms and cleaning supplies. Our representative makes sure that if we have any questions or need to make any changes, they are done in a timely matter. He's great about telling us about upcoming specials and promotions and has our best interest at hand. We are very pleased with our customized services.
Vestis is the janitorial contractor for HFT in Alexandria, MN. Keith has been great over the years supplying our store with supplies and service. He always goes the extra mile in making sure we have what we need when we need it. Even when he has to validate an issue with his corporate office, he always makes sure to help us get the answers we seek.
