Being I pay gor their service I expect to have coats in the winter is that to much to ask over the first winter I had 1 jacket that was so dirty and soiled I felt bad wearing it in customer vehicles. Their cleaning is sib par at best received a "clean" shirt put it on 1st thing Monday morning and was covered in metal shavings and flakes and tore my nipple up. To many more problems to list.
Ever since Ameriprise was taken over by Aramark the service is terrible! When you have a problem with missing coveralls, towels or rugs there is no way to speak with the actual people that manage or run the route. We are in northern MN and we have to speak to someone in CA! They won't give numbers to reach anyone. You have to tell them you need to speak to someone then they put in a "request" for someone to call you. Problem is no one ever calls you. Our monthly bill is between $1500 - $2000 per month! I'm a student at hibbing CC. We received our shirts MONTHS late, and when we finally did, I only received two of my three shirts. A whole class, a WHOLE class only received long sleeved shirts, no short sleeve as requested. Last year, they misspelled many students names along with mine, and we had to wait another 2 weeks to a month to receive them back.
Regional sales rep never return phone calls, continue to randomly increase rates without notice. This last time saw a 100+% increase and when we asked we were told it was to "get our attention" to sit down and negotiate a new contract. Ridiculous.
They have horrible customer service! I have been calling for 7 days now trying to track down my uniforms. Some guy named Bob called me once and text me a few times saying he will call me back but nothing. 6 weeks and noting for uniforms they don't care because they are locked into a contract.
