Possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever had with any company I’ve been under contract with. I’ve had uniforms with Aramark/Vestis for 2.5 years now and really regret signing a contract with them. They are quick to get you signed up and get your invoice sent out to you but after that you have to deal with what you get. Have called management to report problems and have even called headquarters but still nothing changes. I can turn in 5 shirts and 5 pants and I might get back 1 shirt and 3 pants on a rotation but still g... read more
You can try to be fair with them and their accounting reps will take you to the cleaners (Pun not intended). Don't get into a contract with them. You will regret it.
