I had called the company to make an appointment to meet with a sales person, the sales people came out a while later and told me they would work up a quote and get back to me, they never did. Prior to that I had flagged down the driver twice and asked if he could put me in contact with sales, never did. So, I called up Cintas, they showed up that afternoon and worked with my budget and they dropped off starter rags the next week.
