I really wish I didn’t have to leave any stars for this place. I lived here for 2 years and it wasn’t that bad when I first moved down, we moved from Maryland and needed a place to stay quick. We took a chance on arbor gate and when the switched managers that’s when things went down hill. The new management has been incompetent and are for all intents and purposes dishonest. I am enjoying apartment life again here at Arbor Gate. I feel safe especially at night with it being a gated community. There is around 16 acres of beautiful landscaping to walk with my dog and it is always clean because dog owners do clean up. It doesn’t feel like your in the center of town. I’ve only had one maintenance issue I found during the first day and it was fixed immediately. The office manager is very efficient, friendly, and informative. I've lived at Arbor Gates Apartments for over a year now. The rent is reasonable and maintenance is always quick to respond if there are any issues. The pool and gym are kept clean, and the neighbors are quiet .What really makes this place shine is the customer service. The front office is always cheerful and has an answer to whatever question you may ask concerning the apartments. They go out of their way to help in any way they can, including checking on your apartment while you are gone on long trips. Thank you!
Horrible place to live. Air conditioner doesn't cool appt. Maintenance never fixes anything. Toilet broken and he said he's coming right back. He lied. I can't believe they can get away with this. I want the main office not one in picayune
