Amazing apartments and location. Thank you Jamie for taking the time to show me one of the units today July 27th 2024 I just relocated from St Louis and I am looking forward to moving to the community Jamie was very informative about the area she has a very beautiful smile and personality. The two bedroom unit that she showed me was adorable it is what I am looking for for me and my Son the location is great for School, Work etc. God Bless you Ms. Jamie look forward to our Move in Date. Amazing Customer Svc I was in awe by the great customer service I received, Ive been in the property for a few months and love the attention to detail and overall quick service from our office girl(Ms Vicky) and maintenance (Mr Miguel), I love how they make us feel like we matter not just a resident more! I love how the property is always well maintained! Love my home!
short listed I recently visited this property and thought it was very well managed. It is definitely one of only a few apartments to consider. Jasmine was incredible and went above and beyond to make our experience amazing. There is no doubt she’s passionate about what she does and her effort was greatly appreciated.
Very good experience! Arbor Park has a high level of customer service that I have ever experienced at a property. I’ve been looking for a place to live for months and I think I’ve found the perfect place. The manager has been so much help with my move it’s made my life so much easier. Thankful to have found a place and more thankful for the employees that work here. All are very attentive and helpful to residents. I highly recommend Arbor Park!
Nice place! I've lived at The Arbor Park Apartments for a little over two years and love my unit! The staff is very courteous, professional and helpful, attending to whatever questions I may have quickly and efficiently. The maintenance team is very fast in responding to service calls with many of them completed within the same day - which is unheard of in many apartments!!
Love it!! We love our apartment at Arbor Park Apartments. One of the best places in Hurst. Its location is just far enough to drive to the mall etc., which is ideal. Very quiet, the grounds are always kept clean. Management is very helpful and quick to get things done. Overall my husband and I are very happy!
Awesome!! Lived here for 16 years! They are fast to take care of issues and respond to tenants. All bills paid and I still control my own AC I just don't want to live anywhere else. Great place to be
Horrible, flea infested I stopped by to check out the apartment complex in the middle of the day to see how the neighborhood was. When I got there a guy tried to sell me weed while I was sitting in my car verifying the address of the complex. Then when u tried to find the office my legs were attacked by fleas! Talk about a crappy place.
