Overall this office is clean and has a friendly staff. Separated sides (Sick & Well) which is nice, not to have someone else's child coughing on top of your own. Cute little Tables, not too many books or toys. The waiting room walls are painted with adorable murals. Plus there's usually a movie playing on repeat for the little ones. Every time my little ones visit, they go home with goodies from the nurses/doctors. Sometimes little toys, stickers, reading books too! It gets them excited for their routine check ups. Love Dr Coit and have never had any billing issues in the last 6 years I've been taking my kids. My kids love her! She is so sweet gentle and really takes her time with my kids. Office is nice and has a well and sick side. Late night calls get returned most of the time in 20-30 min and always helpful calming and rational.. Something I need when I'm concerned about my kids.

We have been a patient of Dr. Arbel for almost 18 years. Dr. Arbel is kind and professional and has always had the best interest of my children in mind. Unfortunately his staff, if they answer the phone, are unprofessional, rude and have no work ethic at all. I am very disappointed in the level of professionalism from the front desk staff. Fortunately, my children will need services much longer.

I liked the provider we saw but honestly can't remember her name. The front office staff are rude & not very timely. I showed up for an appointment and the office was closed for lunch. During my appointment time. Ended up standing outside for 30+ minutes. Good thing we weren't in a rush... Weird experience the first visit - The nurse told me they had a lot of "bad two year olds" that day (my son is two). Then the first provider we saw clearly didn't know what she was doing, asked for a second opinion from another physician.... read more

I don't understand how this place can send you about 10 notifications to confirm your appointment and You get here and they're at lunch til 1:30 when my appointment is scheduled at 1pm? They call you to switch from 12 to 1 when they know they're no even opened.. unprofessional

Dr did not advise my newborn was dropping weight too fast and put my baby's health at risk and caused a huge ER bill. Went to dr for newborn check up on Thursday - my baby dropped 1 lb from birth weight. Dr advised we would need to come back the following day. We returned the next day and the baby dropped another 3 oz - I was then told to go to the ER immediately to check for dehydration and possible swelling of the brain. I told the dr on the initial visit on Thursday that my milk had not come in by baby was feeding on colo... read more
