We put a deposit down on an apartment and told them we need to be moved in by the 12th. We left my phone number as primary contact. Called for at least 2 weeks asking for updates and heard nothing even after leaving messages asking for a call back at my number. They never answered their phone till today. They finally answered saying that they were just missing one piece of paperwork and that they emailed us 3 days ago and It was never received and I told them that. When first moving in, everything was great. Now it's trashed out, roach infested, and the parents do not take care of their children. They throw stuff off the balconies, run around screaming until 2am, constant fist fighting in the parking lots, throwing rocks at the windows and doors, and they threatened to kill me because I got onto them once. Then you have the people with loud music coming through all night. I've made several complaints and all went unanswered. The entrance is pitch black so it's hard to find in the dark ... read more

Rude management, and tenents. Trash every where. Roaches in apt. neighbor loud !!!! kids running around in groups of 10 to 20. They pestered me all the time and very rude. if asked to stop there mother would show up wanting to fight. Guns fired at night.
