As always Archer’s comes through! Both Brian and Tyson are my go-to guys for all things bike. Tyson did a tuneup on my Stumpy and it rides like butter. When I went to pickup my bike I surprised them by asking if they would help me with my son’s bike that was having a tire issue. Without hesitation Tyson took care of it and didn’t even charge me for the extra time spent. You have good people representing your business, Mr Archer. I won’t be taking my bikes anywhere else!

The customer service could have been better! They said that my part would be in a lot earlier and then it took longer. They never called me to tell me the part was going to take longer! They had my bike a month and then it cost 110 dollars to put a derailer on with an overall bike check!
