It's nice having a kind, caring veterinarian in the neighborhood. The facilities are beautiful, and the location is convenient at the northeast corner of Pruneridge and Winchester. They are not quite open 24 hours, but they are pretty close. The prices are a bit higher than average, but I don't skimp on pet care.
We had such a great experience today with Dr. Lumen and the entire team. What started as a really scary visit was met with so much kindness, patience, and care. Dr. Lumen was incredibly calming and supportive — she listened, explained everything clearly, and never made us feel pressured. The front desk rep Venise listened and got us on the books right away. Th staff is professional and courteous. Facilities were very clean. You're offered a beverage upon your arrival, and there are cat/dog treats readily available/accessible. Doctor Solomon was a pleasure to work with; he truly cares about his work and your pet. I highly recommend this location if you're in need of a vet for any reason.
The most wonderful and caring staff you could ask for, Dr. Solomon was so sweet and understanding, called me multiple times to check in and follow up with test results and the staff was caring and able to get us in asap. Thank you so much for taking care of my dog and helping us navigate through a scary time. We are forever grateful to you guys.
Always happy to come here. All the staff are professional and compassionate and do t try to sell you services or products. It’s always clean and stress free which given the reason for coming is not always happy or stress free is great.
