I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment complex. The property is always clean and well maintained, and the amenities are a huge plus. The management team is responsive, friendly, and quick to handle any maintenance requests. The location is convenient and the community feels safe and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed apartment!
Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. I can go on about the theft of packages, the rooftop that has never opened, the terrible AC that doesn't work, and the poor quality of material used throughout the apartment building.... it goes on and on Kass Management is truly the single worst Management Company I have ever come across while living in Chicago. 301 North Ave is the perfect spot for young professionals like myself. The apartments are modern and stylish, with open floor plans that are great for entertaining. Plus, the building offers tons of co-working spaces, which are a lifesaver when I need to get some serious work done outside of the office. They even have a rooftop pool with stunning city views, which is a great place to unwind after a long day or catch up with friends after work. The 301 North Avenue Apartments are a great modern urban living option with their sleek design, great location, with all the amenities you’ll need. The apartments are perfect for hosting events with kitchen and living area being connected. The rooftop also offers a beautiful pool with a great view. The neighbors are always very welcoming in our little 301 community as well. I highly recommend if you are looking for a new place!
I had a bullet hole in my window and it took them 6 months to repair it. This building is the worst experience I have had living in Chicago and in general. I would rather live in my freshman year dorm room than whatever this "luxury" building is. There are so many issues with this building and despite the owner going to likely respond to my review saying they fixed it, THEY HAVEN'T. The reviews are PUMPED full of fake 5 star ones.
