Excellent! No waiting, no line, super clean, super friendly- in and out in 5 minutes (and i was a walk in!). The technician who greeted me at the desk and then took and processed my order (dont recall her name) was very professional, sweet, efficient, respectful and thorough. She is an asset to the company. The other company I was planning to go to before I thankfully found ARCpoint, has multiple locations in my area but had 0 appointments for two weeks- for a pre employment urinalysis(?)...and the one location by the hosp... read more
The gal at the front was so friendly and patient. When my son wasn't able to get enough urine for his test she stayed late so he could drink water and get it all done. Didn't make him feel bad just showed grace and kindness.
I was given a prescription for special eye drops for my very dry eyes at ARCpoint Labs to have them made. They are very nice, very quick, super easy to work with. I was very happy with this place of business. I didn't even have to make an appointment. Waiting time was just a few minutes. And the eye drops are actually helping me. They take your own blood and use the plasma to make your very own eye drops/just for your use.
We had a great experience from start to finish! They were professional, courteous and efficient. Information about the tests were provided, as well as the expected timeframe for results. Highly recommend ARCpoint labs in Bellingham!
Came in for a pre employment drug test just after 3pm. Quick in and out which is always nice. We were helped right away and brought in right away. Had the choice of going here or Quest and chose to come here based off of reviews.
