Amanda was absolutely fantastic. She was fast, efficient, and handled everything with true professionalism. From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, friendly, and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. She clearly knows what she’s doing — organized, confident, and respectful with every step. It’s rare to find someone who is both incredibly skilled and genuinely kind, but Amanda balances both naturally. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Had to reschedule fingerprinting appointment last minute to another field point location being cancelled. This location was able to accommodate, and upon arrival took maybe 5 minutes to complete the process. Was very quick and professional. As a side note I parked in the BDC lot nearby for 17$, but had I taken a moment to look closer there is two hours visitor parking available at this building. Save yourself a few bucks!
Called last week because I need a specific test that’s been difficult to find; spoke with Amanda and she was considerate and took the time to do some research and called me back. Went today and got the test. Price was very reasonable. Really thrilled with the service because it’s rare that someone takes the time to do some research and call you back with accurate information. Thank you Amanda and ArcPoint Boston!!
Have gone twice for USCG testing, the staff is friendly, kind, and so efficient! It’s good to know that everything will be handled properly. Both times I have walked in without an appointment mid-morning on a weekday, one time I only had to wait 10 minutes and the other they took me right away. A+++
Such an great experience at ARCpoint! I needed blood drawn and was feeling a bit unsure as I have never been here before.. So quick and actually enjoyable. Highly recommend!
