The Staff members here are super nice and welcoming. & They are quick and efficient and always have me in and out right away. The office is super clean too which is always a huge plus!

I needed constant testing on a weekly basis and searched everywhere. Brenda & her male co-worker at ARCpoint were the only people out of the many places I contacted that actually cared and were willing to help me out and set up a schedule for me. After I came in they continued their friendliness and professionalism. Even after my test results were lost due to the fault of where the analysis is sent, Brenda was able to fix the issue herself in a timely manner. This is specific to a children's blood draw. The lab did not have the kid sized needles (21mm) and there was a lot of messy poking and prodding in both arms with no blood drawn. We called the Austin location and they have the smaller needles and more experienced staff. The female technician claimed he needed more fluids and the ice pack had been used too long, but we had hydrated and used ice pack with no issue at quest labs.
