I had a great experience getting my blood drawn here. The minute we walked in, I was greeted by Jan who was very kind and welcoming. Paperwork was quick and we were taken in right away. Whole experience was very smooth and Jan really took care of me after feeling a little light headed. The staff was great!
Went in for fingerprints. Incredibly easy to make an appointment. I called prior to appointment to ask questions and they answered the phone quickly and gave me the info needed. Once there, Britt (I believe that was her name), got me back quickly and was incredibly friendly and informative. Britt helped make the whole process very easy and efficient.
The entire process from checking in on the kiosk, presenting a valid and PHYSICAL form of identification (WHICH IS A MANDATORY, NON-NEGOTIABLE MUST, EVEN IF YOU HAVE A CLEAR FRONT & BACK COPY OF YOUR I.D. ON YOUR SMARTPHONE, THEY CANNOT ACCEPT IT UNLESS IT'S PRESENT WITH YOU AT CHECK-IN); was a complete, painless breeze, lasting all but 15 to 20 minutes including the 7-minute wait in the lobby. The ladies in this office were very understanding and beyond helpful to me in my dire need. I am absolutely thankful for both of them and their kindness and help. I can’t recommend them enough.
This was the best experience ever. I live downtown and will be coming here from now on. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. Literally walked in and out. They went above and beyond! Thank you!
