In and out quick and professional service. Due to the field I work in I frequently get tested and do fingerprints for work or college. They are one of the only places I have ever been to that treats people coming for pre employment or pre clinical fingerprinting and drug screening as people who are buying a service as part of our career, many other places treat us as though we have done something wrong simply for fulfilling requirements for our jobs and schools.
I’ve been to this location several times and have always had a great experience. Amanda is very professional, personable, helpful, and kind. Highly recommended.
I had to complete a drug test for employment, but when I showed up for my appointment at a different lab in town there was a sign on the door saying “no drug testing today”. I was frantic, found ARCpoint online, called, and Amanda was absolutely wonderful. She made sure my test order was in her system, have excellent directions to the office allowed me to come straight over, was very kind and informative throughout the process, and really put my mind at ease about my questions regarding the change of lab.
