I went today to ARCpoint labs in Christiansburg Va. The two ladies in the office were exceptional. They showed kindness and were quick and professional. Amanda was on her A game and I would highly recommend this company.
I had a very good experience at the Christiansburg VA office. Both people were very kind and professional. The process was very quick and easy. They even scanned the barcode on my phone that I received from the employer that was sending me there. I thought I was going to have to go to the library to print the 2 documents but they did everything for me over their computer. I didn't have an appointment, just walked in and was out 10 minutes later. I would recommend anyone needing any type of test to go there.
Friendly, quick, and easy the lady I met was very nice the office was empty so we stood and talked till the next person came in
I came in today for pre-employment drug testing and was greeted by the rnost courteous woman. Her name was dawn. She was very professional and kind and made the experience very comfortable and positive.
The woman who answered the phone was immediately combative when I asked her about what tests they offered. I’ve never felt so degraded by a healthcare professional in my life or been talked to so rudely over the phone. Please do better!
