I've visited ARCpoint Labs several times for diagnostic blood testing, and each experience has been consistently smooth and professional. Andrea, the phlebotomist, has been outstanding, always cheerful, efficient, and skilled. During a recent visit, I had scheduled a late appointment, and she went above and beyond by staying after hours to ensure my sample was properly processed and personally dropped it off at FedEx. Her dedication and care truly set this place apart. Highly recommend.
My experience here was great easy. Andrea was so helpful. It was a warm welcome. I didn’t know they had many other things to offer besides a fingerprint. They do vitamin shots as well. Very convenient for me. It was very close by to my home. I recommend coming here again
I had such a pleasant experience here. The environment is clean and inviting, and the staff are all incredibly friendly. I showed up super early after coming from a different appointment and they were kind enough to work me in asap. I was expecting to wait so I used meter parking although I believe they have some sort of validated parking for up to 30 minutes. I will be back for future needs!
Very professional and good service. They are very polite and helpful. And price is very reasonable and affordable. I strongly recommend this labs if anyone need lab test, DNA test or any service list in the photos.
Don’t be fooled by the 5 star reviews. My appointment for fingerprints is at 11 am. I arrived at 10:58. I did not get helped until 25 minutes later. On top of that, you would have to pay for parking - they don’t do parking verification. The actual process took about 5 minute. At least the staff was decent. Choose another location you value your time and money.
