An excellent lab. Efficient, convenient, clean and pleasant. Plus Bob (the owner?) took the trouble to call me to let me know my Rx had arrived, as it had not the day before, when I went originally. Gretchen, who shares front desk duties and taking blood, was courteous and skilled. Can’t recommend them highly enough.
The staff at Arcpoint Labs is terrific. I’ve been going there for several years and have always had a positive experience. Appointments run on time and Gretchen is the best drawing blood! Highly recommend!!

They have become a clinic of choice for us and the services are always performed quickly and accurately. The owners and staff have always been professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating to our needs. I would recommend this location for anyone in need of drug and alcohol testing services.
“Gretchen” at the front desk has a horrible attitude. It’s not the customer’s fault you don’t like your job. I paid for my service and haven’t seen results in the promised timeframe. Not even a single update at all on the status of my tests.
We have used ARCpoint Labs for many years and they have been nothing but professional and communicative. They even educated us when the new DOT platform rolled out. Highly recommend.
