I had a very positive experience at ARCpoint Labs of Duluth, GA. The facility was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was professional, respectful, and made the process quick and comfortable. I was in and out within a short time, and the instructions were clear. I also appreciated how discreet and courteous they were throughout. Highly recommend this lab for anyone needing a urine analysis or similar testing.
I had a great time here. I'm glad I picked this location out of the other labs out there. Annette was very nice and the service was super quick. She typically doesn't work weekends yet came in to help me out. If I ever need bloodwork again or any service I'm definitely coming here again.
