ARCpoint Labs in Edina was very attentive to me. After 3 pokes at a different lab and was unable to find a vein in either arm for my lab work that I needed. They referred me to them and with one poke, they were able to get the blood needed to fill 6 vials! I am grateful to them for taking me in right away without an appointment and completing my labs. Extremely friendly. I highly recommend them. Thank you!
I was treated so kindly with Patience and Kendra, I never like getting my blood drawn but Patience did such a beautiful job on me I truly felt cared for. Kendra looked up a blood test that I wanted and made sure I understood what it was for. 10 out 10

‘Patience’ greeted me and literally walked me through the entire process. Her professionalism and friendly attitude was appreciated, not to mention her clinical expertise.
"Unprepared and unprofessional". They apparently have a policy of checking a urine sample temperature with their hand, through the cup. After giving my sample, the piss handling technician said "it felt hot", then tried to test it with two different IR thermometers, both of which had dead batteries. Based on her hand temperature reading she decided to discard the sample there and then. I tried to get more info but neither the tech nor the man (manager?) would give me any answer to what was going on. They then threatened that... read more
