If you have to go to Concentra and wait for 45 minutes to an hour, try this place. This lab is fast and efficient. No wait line.
One of the worst managed facilities ever been to There should be no appointments if they are not respected, or there should be a limit per day. Waited over an hour and a half for “3-5 minutes fingerprints” procedure.
Make sure when you walk in you let them know what you want done. Blood work or finger prints. There was confusion when I had walked in and took a whole hr for them to figure out my appointment, but everyone there is nice.
Scheduling and changing the appointment was easy. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Clinic was spotless and they cleaned iPad after I used it. Lab tech was friendly and did her best to make it as comfortable as possible. Would recommend!
Absolutely the worst and most disgusting lab I have ever seen. The staff (receptionist) was unprofessional and stupid. I arrived at 1pm and according to their own documentation, they take specimens between 8am and 5pm. I was told "he ain't here" five times. The receptionist reminded me of Groot from Guardians of the Galaxy because there was nothing intelligent she could add to the conversation. She recommended to me to show up MAYBE tomorrow AM between 8am and 3pm. I asked, "will he be here for sure?". A shrug..." maybe. I d... read more
