Gabby has been warm, friendly, and caring every time I’ve been in to have my blood drawn. She listened to me when I explained that my veins have proven to work better with a butterfly needle, when most nurses at hospitals don’t even listen, then do what they want instead poking me several times until giving in and using the butterfly. I feel like visiting friends when I go there, and enjoy both woman who do amazing work there! Thanks ladies!
The staff who work at the location are kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I had a hard time with forming my hand into the correct position to be printed, but the agent worked with me in being able to obtain the scans I needed. I was embarrassed at first, but the employee did not make it awkward. It made me feel so much better!
Staff was very great, respected my privacy. Was in and out in a timely manner.
Their customer service was great. Only 1 lab collector that day and time but she was great with communication about wait times and directions for specimen collection. 10/10 recommend!
Went for a drug screening and also got an injection while there. Was greeted immediately and she was great. I believe i was there a whole 20-25 mins and that's because there was someone ahead of me already. My only complaint isn't really a complaint, but more of a request/recommendation. The hours aren't really for working clients. I was wanting to come in for injections weekly but I work 8-5 and i work an hour away so making it to the office Monday- Friday 9-4 won't be feasible.
