I spoke with Ann the other day, and she was incredibly helpful. She called me back with all the details of the tests very responsibly. Excellent customer service all around. Shout out to Ann for going above and beyond.
I visited Arcpoint labs for the first time to get serum tears for my dry eye syndrome. The staff was very nice. Time will tell if the serum drops help!

Walked in for my appointment - 5 minutes early. Three people running around in the back office area. No one came out. Finally when they did - was told to sit down it will just be a minute. Then a woman walked in - and the "front desk woman" decided to help her instead of me. While two people were just walking back and forth looking at me. Seems like a unprofessional and not friendly environment. Would have been better to have the woman that walked in after me without an appointment wait. NOT ME.
