Was so quick & easy. Walked right in (with appointment) and was taken back within minutes. The blonde that helps at the front desk & draws blood was super sweet too. Def will use them in the future.
Very kind helpful staff. I traveled from farther away so waited while they made my dry eye serum drops. They suggested a great place for food and finished making them faster than I thought.
I was here to get my fingerprints scanned last week but after it was done, the machine they used wasn’t printing. They called the company PrintScan and due to some technical issues, I was told that the cards would be priority mailed to me free of charge. It has been a week and I haven’t received them in the mail. I called ARCpoint labs but the lady said to call PrintScan. I spoke with Ann the other day, and she was incredibly helpful. She called me back with all the details of the tests very responsibly. Excellent customer service all around. Shout out to Ann for going above and beyond.
I am excited to have found this lab that processes my autologous serum tears for dry eye. I drive 2 hours to get here because it is the closest location but so far they are my favorite. Clean facility, kind staff and they processed my tears in a little over an hour. Thank you!
