Wonderful experience! They were knowledgeable, quick, and great at helping me stay calm during blood draw. Many people don’t know that you can schedule a blood draw for yourself, you don’t have to jump through the hoops of primary care physicians and insurance. Take charge of your health and do it with Arcpoint! Highly recommend!
Called to ask about getting in for a dlood draw just after 9 am, draw had to be done before 10 am. I know...Brianna (sp) returned my call immediately and took my information as I was driving to the location and got me in the door, paperwork filled out, paid blood drawn and out of the office before 10 am! The most painless blood draw I've ever had done! Pulling the bandage off hurt way worse than the needle!
The process was quick not a long wait time. The ladies onsite were great and they were friendly. Very professional and knew how to treat people regardless of why they were coming to see them.
The staff was friendly and I didn’t have to wait long at all. Very pleased.
This is a very nice team of people. There was a mix-up with my appointment, but they were very kind and accommodating.
