Great place to get lab work done. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. It was also probably the fastest visit to a clinic I've ever had, virtually no wait time.
I was referred by a friend to ArcPoint Labs and it was such a blessing! I had no idea I could order my own labs and after telling them some of my issues they recommended a hormone panel! After going to docs for years and no answers and finally got answers to why I was feeling the way I was for over a decade and the many symptoms I had! They were so friendly and helpful and also referred me to an integrative medicine doctor! I highly recommend using there facility! I will never go anywhere else!
Tiffany is absolutely amazing! She is so sweet, quick, and so kind to my kids. She has come in on her day off to do labs for my 8 year old son, and shares in the joy of my current pregnancy with me. Thanks Tiffany for all you do!
From the time I walked in until the time I walked out the whole experience was great! Due to horrible past experiences with having my blood drawn I hate needles. So I was dreading this. But Tiffany, the lab tech, was very assuring. I didn't even feel when she put the needle in! I had to ask her if the needle was in my arm! I never look! Six vials of blood was drawn. My arm didn't even bruise!🩷🩷🩷
I absolutely love the ARCpoint Labs in Marble Falls. While I like their prices, which are so much lower than other lab companies, the best part though are the people who work there. They are as friendly as they are professional. I highly recommend them.
