Geralyn was extremely prompt, helpful, communicate and friendly. I was greeted immediately upon arriving and helped before I could even read the book I brought. Though I expected to wait, exceeding my expectations with phenomenal customer service is not something to complain about. I am leaving Arcpoint very happy with my entire experience. Thank you

This place knows me and is very prompt with service. I appreciate that. However, just to let everyone know, their HOURS have CHANGED. The hours on google say open until 4:30 pm M-F. And the photo on the google maps page shows open 8:30-5pm M-F, the NEW Testing HOURS: ***8:45am-4pm M-F*** I got here all the way from Antioch because I prefer this testing center, at 4:12, and see the new hours taped on the door but it’s not updated on google nor was I given any update. Very nice lab, staff are very friendly & very knowledgeable with what they doing. Recommend to everyone they do pretty much everything here in this location (Martinez). Stop by and check it out.
